Installation and set-up has always been a breeze (even with earlier versions). What impresses me most - beyond the fact that your product delivers exactly as advertised (many similar products don't) - is the seemingly around-the-clock availability and technical expertise of your support staff. I've sent questions late at night, as well as on weekends. Your technical staff (Sammy & Edward) have returned detailed responses to my questions and concerns - frequently within an hour. Once, one of my sons found a way to defeat the on-line timer. After corresponding with Sammy, the next update solved the loop-hole. The quality of your product and service after-the-fact is PHENOMENAL. I'm sold on your product as long as children are in my home.

We would all love to trust our kids, but we must remember that they are just kids and they get in trouble from time to time.
